We take extra care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about packaging, shipping fees, and delivery times.
Packaging
- Wallpapers & Murals: Rolled in sturdy paper or PVC rolls for protection—these cannot be shipped flat.
- Wall Art & Sculptures: Carefully wrapped and secured with adjustable inserts to keep them in place, then packed in durable corrugated boxes.
- Fabric Items: Neatly folded and packed in corrugated paper bags for safe shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times
To estimate when your artwork will arrive, simply combine processing time and shipping time as shown below.
Processing Time:
- Wall Art with standard frames: 3 – 5 business days
- Real wood-based frames: 7 business days
- Famous Art or custom sizes: 7 business days
- Wall Sculptures: 15 business days
- Wallpapers & Wall Murals: 3 – 5 business days
Delivery Methods:
- Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 2 – 4 business days
Please Note:
- Processing begins only after payment is successfully received.
- Expedited orders get priority, reducing processing time by up to three days.
- Orders with a mix of in-house and special-order items may take 5-7 days to process, as we’ll ship everything together.
- If an item is out of stock, we may hold the rest of your order until it’s available to ship everything together. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.
Transit times are estimates for deliveries to Tier 1 and 2 cities in India. Shipping rates vary based on your order and delivery preferences—feel free to reach out for expedited options!
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is processed, a member of our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone with your tracking details. You’ll be able to track your package using the shipping vendor’s website.

Absolutely! We guarantee your satisfaction. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
What if only part of my order is available for immediate shipment?
We aim to ship everything together to keep costs low. However, if an item is out of stock and holding up your order, you can request the available items be shipped separately at no extra charge. Just reach out to our Customer Support Team.
